Return Conditions

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund within 1 business day. The refund will be processed using your original payment method. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be returned to your credit card account; if you used a third-party payment platform (such as Alipay or WeChat Pay), the refund will be returned to the corresponding payment account.

Please note that refund processing time may vary depending on the payment institution and bank’s processing procedures. Generally, credit card refunds take 3 to 5 business days to arrive, while refunds from third-party payment platforms are relatively faster, usually arriving within 3 business days.

Refund Amount

If your returned item has no quality issues and meets the return conditions, you will receive a full refund, excluding shipping costs (if any) paid when purchasing the item. For example, if you purchase an item worth 100 yuan and the shipping fee is 10 yuan, you will receive a 100 yuan refund upon successful return.

If the item has a quality issue, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund, including the item price and the shipping fee you paid.

Exchange Policy

If you find the item unsuitable after receiving it, but the item itself has no quality issues, you can apply for an exchange within 7 days of receiving it. The replacement item must be in its original condition and meet the relevant return requirements.

The exchange process is similar to the return process. You first need to apply for an exchange on the order details page, filling in the reason for the exchange, the size or color of the item you need to replace, and other relevant information. After customer service approves the application, you need to send the product back to us. After receiving and inspecting it, we will send you a replacement product.

If the price of the replacement product is different from the original price, we will negotiate with you based on the price difference, refunding any overpayment and charging any additional fee.

If you believe a product has a quality issue and request a return or exchange, we will make a preliminary assessment based on the photos, videos, or other relevant evidence you provide. For some complex quality issues, you may need to send the product back to us for further testing and assessment by our professional team or relevant testing institutions.

For items purchased during promotional periods, if coupons, discount codes, full discounts, or other preferential methods were used, refunds will be processed based on the actual amount paid. This may affect your other rights and benefits during the promotion. If the returned item no longer qualifies for the full discount, the discounts you have already received may be deducted accordingly.

If you purchased bundles or sets of items, and you need to return some while keeping others, we will process a partial return and refund based on the actual price ratio of the items, provided that the return conditions are met and the total discount no longer applies.
